Next Steps . . .

If you’re contemplating some work together, you may have some questions. I encourage you to call to express your interest and leave a voice message with the best number and time(s) to reach you.

My hope is to respond to your call promptly and it could be within the same day depending on when you call; but I’ll strive to respond within 24-48 hours (with exceptions being rare). A key factor in returning your call is to ensure I’m in a location that preserves your privacy while we speak.

While I only see clients on Saturdays, I’m happy to set a time for us to have a brief introductory visit by phone during the week so you can share what’s important to you when deciding if we might be a good fit to work together. If it that seems I am, great; but if not, then I may be able to suggest some alternatives for you to consider.

If you decide you’d like to schedule an initial (face-to-face) consultation, we’ll review our calendars and pick a Saturday for our first meeting.   Initial consultations generally last between 75-90 minutes and most people will appreciate the convenience of initiating the ‘paperwork’ before the day of their visit. In addition to whatever fee is appropriate for your situation, there is an additional $15 charge that applies only to initial meetings. I’m happy to discuss fees, the cancellation policy, and any other questions during our brief phone consultation and certainly will want to discuss with you any additional questions that may arise during our initial face-to-face meeting.
